Welcome to the sonnik chronicles. Some of you may have wound up here with interest in TiVo enhancements, while others of you may have would up here looking for info in XM PCR downloads.
Well, to the TiVo crowd - sorry I dissappeared for a while - and sorry the files disappeared. It looks like you're doing fine without the old site (known as PVRHack). If any of you want the files, let me know - I'd be interested in sending you a CD-ROM if you want to republish some of the original content on your website, or perhaps posting some of the vital information here.
I can post more on why I disappeared from the TiVo-hack scene in days to come. Nothing, exciting - interest just drifted away.
Right now, I'm working on some tweaks for a device made for XM Satellite Radio, called the XM PCR. There's a few out there who are doing it.
I've been very impressed with XM since I got a unit for my car about a year ago. Since the XM PCR is a USB component for your PC, of course I wanted to see what made it work and how to talk to it.
Those of you arriving here from XMFan.com should know where to find the zip file for the SRC program.
Stay tuned... I'm gonna tweak this MoveableType layout to make it a little more custom for links and downloads and such...
